4. Tips

  1. Using the "SkillsView Group" Field: the "SkillsView Group" field helps you organize your skills on your personalized page. Here’s how to use it effectively:

    • You can name this field based on the job title you’re applying for or the name of the company. For example: "Business Development Engineer".

    • To organize the order in which your skills appear, add a ranking number at the end of the name. This sets the display priority. Example: "Business Development Engineer - 1" for the first skill, "Business Development Engineer - 2" for the second, and so on.

By following this method, you ensure a structured and relevant display of your skills on the personalized page.

  2. Adding Recommendations: To enhance the credibility of your soft skills, you can add a link to your LinkedIn profile if it contains relevant recommendations. This allows recruiters to verify the praise you’ve received for your interpersonal skills.

  3. Using AI: If you have a premium plan, you can use AI to help you write the text for your soft skill. For more information, visit the page on using AI.
